Frankie, favorite beverage with wings in hand, joins us after a long night with a new born son and toddler daughter, for both him and his wife, Carla Duenas. Frankie shares the little-known back story of how #MiamiFamous Marathon was created, ironically that story is connected to triathlon. The passion Frankie holds for his 305 hometown runs deep and he gives great insight on local trails available to us all. Frankie’s WHY in his Endurance Sporting Ventures both in his professional life and personal life holds truths we all can relate to.
